The effective pH range of proteinase K is pH4.0~12.5, and the optimal pH range is pH7.5-8.0. Please try to use the buffer solution with the above appropriate pH according to the experimental requirements, such as: 10mM Tris-HCl pH7.4-7.8, for the preparation of proteinase K solution. The commonly used working concentration of proteinase K is 10~100ug/ml, and the concentration of storage solution is usually 100~200mg/ml, stored at -20℃, and should be used as soon as possible after diluted to the working concentration, avoiding prolonged storage.
