Principle
Emulsion is a non-homogeneous liquid agent formed by emulsification of two phases of immiscible liquid for internal and external use and injection. The dispersed droplets are called the dispersed phase, internal phase or discontinuous phase, the other phase wrapped outside the droplets is called the dispersing medium, external phase or continuous phase, in addition to the emulsifiers must be added, such as polysorbate, polysorbate and other surfactants; natural emulsifiers, such as gum arabic, yarrow, and other natural emulsifiers.
