Experiments on the preparation of cresol soap solution (Lysol, coal phenol soap solution)
This experimental method was obtained from the official website of the Fourth Military Medical University
Operation method
Experiments on the preparation of cresol soap solution (Lysol, coal phenol soap solution)
Principle
Colloidal solution refers to certain solid drugs to 1 ~ 100 nm size of the mass dispersed in a suitable dispersing medium to form the preparation, which can be divided into polymer solutions and solvents, of which polymer solution belongs to the homogeneous liquid agents, while solvents belong to the non-homogeneous liquid agents. Most of the dispersing medium used for colloidal solutions is water, and a few are non-aqueous solvents, such as ethanol and acetone.

Purified water Add to 50 ml
2. [Preparation
Take sodium hydroxide, add purified water 5 ml dissolved with vegetable oil, placed in a water bath heating, stirring at times to take 1 drop of solution, add 9 drops of purified water, no oil droplets precipitation, that is, it has been completely saponified, while hot, add cresol, stirring until the soap block is completely soluble, cooled, add the appropriate amount of purified water to make 50 ml.
