IF image of His tag Mouse mAb (Ab086831) stained HEK293F cells, transfected with pcDNA3.1-TfR-hFC-His. The cells were 4% paraformaldehyde fixed (15 min) and then incubated in 10% normal goat serum for 1h to per-meabilise the cells and block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The cells were then incubated with His tag Mouse mAb (Ab086831) (1/50) overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody (Green) was Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L)-FITC. Hoechst33342 was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
